Meditation Group: Learning To Breathe

Learning to Breathe is a weekly drop-in group offering an introduction to meditation and a time for sharing how it impacts our lives. The group is open to spiritual seekers and experienced practitioners alike. Each one hour session includes a short introduction on grounded spirituality, twenty minutes of silent meditation, and open discussion of issues and observations arising from our practice. Everyone is welcome. Every Tuesday September-June, 6–7 p.m in the Church.
